Plan Your Visit to We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym Atlanta Indoor Playground

In consideration of being permitted by We Rock The Spectrum Kid’s Gym Atlanta - Roswell ("WRTS") to participate in its activities and to use its equipment and facilities, all visitors acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

Participation in activities at WRTS, including but not limited to events hosted by WRTS within or outside its facility, involves known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical, emotional, or mental injury, paralysis, illness, disease, death, or damage to individuals, property, or third parties. These risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activities at WRTS. 

Risks include, but are not limited to, falls, sprains, fractures, and other bodily injuries. Visitors assume full responsibility for any medical expenses resulting from injuries.

Use of WRTS equipment may expose participants to risks such as cuts, scrapes, bruises, and other potential injuries. Equipment may become loose, out of adjustment, or malfunction. 

WRTS staff strive for safety but may be unaware of individual fitness levels, provide incomplete instructions, or inadvertently allow hazardous conditions.

All visitors voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation at WRTS or any WRTS-hosted events, whether held within its facility or elsewhere. 

WRTS and its affiliates, owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and vendors are released from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to participation in activities or use of WRTS facilities, including claims arising from alleged negligence.

Visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRTS, its affiliates, contractors, vendors, and any other individuals or organizations working with WRTS from any loss, liability, damage, or costs incurred due to use of WRTS equipment, facilities, or participation in activities at WRTS or any WRTS-hosted events.

Visitors certify that they have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage incurred while participating in WRTS activities or accept full financial responsibility for any medical costs.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal disputes must be filed within the State of Georgia, and Georgia law shall apply without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By entering WRTS or participating in WRTS-hosted events, visitors grant permission for WRTS to photograph and/or record them for advertising and promotional purposes, without compensation, in any media now or in the future.

WRTS is not a licensed daycare and is exempt from state licensure requirements under the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.

This liability waiver applies to all future visits to WRTS and participation in any WRTS-hosted events without requiring a new agreement for each visit or event.

By entering the facility or participating in any WRTS-hosted event, all visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy. Participation in activities at WRTS or WRTS-hosted events constitutes acceptance of these terms.
